So many folks who are brand new to MI have been signing up for MI Snacks and MI Practice that I thought it would be good to offer a crash course in MI BASICS.

“Sky’s Video Breakdown - Soccer Mike, Part 1” was pretty amazing. I totally geeked-out, and I think a few folks came along with me for the ride. It took us 45 minutes to breakdown the first 2 minutes of Bill Miller’s interview with “Soccer Mike.” That is some serious micro-analysis. It was wild! (that is, if you like that kind of thing!) I hope we did not leave anyone behind!

Thanks for keeping me in smoothies! Here is Costa Rica the smoothies are all natural. I’m sticking with Mango, my wife with Lemon, and my Suegra with Papaya.
